We do our best to ship all orders within 24h of receipt, but depending on weekend and holiday schedules it may be a bit longer. You will receive a shipment notification email when your order ships, with tracking number if appropriate based on your chosen shipping method. Occasionally, if we are temporarily out of stock of an item and expect it very soon, we may hold your order until we receive stock. In any case, we will notify you of any significant shipping delays.
Customs & Duties
Sometimes if we ship from the US to another country, that country may charge customs charges, import duties or VAT upon entry. We cannot control or be responsible for these charges.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns for store credit or product exchange. No cash refunds. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or is returned more than 15 days after delivery cannot be eligible for exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
This policy applies to items purchased via slowfactory.com only. For Slow Factory items purchased through a third party store or website, you must contact the original place of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged when shipped to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for authorization, then send your item to the address below.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
